NexaShip is a cloud-based courier shipment management platform. It automates shipment creation, AWB tracking assignment, label generation, and courier operations — replacing manual Excel processes. Built and maintained by NexaForge, Chennai.
Agents upload bulk AWB numbers from courier companies into NexaShip's tracking pool. When a customer creates a shipment, the system auto-assigns the next unused tracking number from the correct courier pool based on routing rules. No duplicates, no errors.
Thermal labels (4×6 inch / 100mm×150mm) for thermal printers and A4 labels (1 or 4 per page) for standard printers. All include Code128 barcodes. Print directly or download as PDF.
One-time setup covers onboarding, configuration, courier rule setup, tracking pool creation, and training. Monthly subscription covers hosting, maintenance, security updates, and new feature releases. No hidden fees.
Yes. JWT-based authentication with role-based access control. Customers only see their own shipments. All data encrypted and backed up daily. Your data belongs to you — NexaForge owns only the software platform.
